Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs for insurance products and services
- Market and sell insurance policies, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and related products
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through follow-ups and regular communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics as outlined by agency goals
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales roles (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple client needs simultaneously
