Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary- Full-time, in-office position with an independent State Farm agency in Colleyville, TX
- Focus on selling Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance products
- Opportunity for growth and advancement within the agency

- Develop insurance leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by the agency
- Base salary with commission and bonus opportunities
- PTO, including vacation and personal/sick days
- On-the-job training and valuable industry experience
- Clear path for career growth and advancement within the agency
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (preferred)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
- Strong self-motivation and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to relate to customers and build rapport
- Must be able to work in-office in Colleyville, TX
- Holds active P&C and L&H licenses
