Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers to review and service accounts, identifying opportunities to offer new products and solutions
- Establish strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas, contributing to the agency’s overall success
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products
- Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
- Track record of success in meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers
