Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new leads through multiple channels, including outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess and meet customers’ insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to unique client circumstances
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and attentive service
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and address concerns about policies
- Respond to inquiries regarding availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, and billing
- Assist with claim submissions and provide clear guidance on insurance processes
- Contribute to the agency's overall growth and reputation by providing exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred
- Demonstrated insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
