Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads, schedule consultations, and identify suitable insurance solutions for clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claim processes, and billing matters.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required or willingness to obtain upon employment.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred.
