Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through effective outreach and relationship building
- Schedule appointments and conduct comprehensive needs assessments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify and recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on client requirements
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and personalized service
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at every stage of the insurance process

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented demeanor
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to clients
