Insurance Sales Agent (P&C and L&H Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer insurance needs
- Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend solutions aligned with their goals
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Market and sell various insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and health policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives and sales targets
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred

- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to relate well to clients and work collaboratively in a team
