Candidates with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license may also qualify for fully remote positions within the Eastern Time Zone.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking insurance solutions.
- Quote and sell a variety of Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, and personal lines.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to maximize customer protection.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to efficiently assist customers and document interactions.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on insurance products and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet sales goals and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and technology.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred qualifications include call center sales experience, prior insurance sales experience, and active P&C or Personal Lines License.
