Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships; provide timely follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service with professionalism and integrity
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and maintain high service standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
- Life & Health (L&H) license preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to relate to customers
- Successful completion of all applicable licensing requirements and training programs
