Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to engage prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas through effective sales strategies and consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Document client interactions accurately and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales preferred; prior experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred; must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
