Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- The Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) is responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and building lasting relationships with customers.
- This role involves lead development, customer outreach, and providing prompt, knowledgeable service for all insurance inquiries and policy management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health coverage.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
- Support agency growth by meeting individual and team sales goals and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required.
