Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO on a full-time basis. As a representative at a State Farm independent contractor agency, you will play a key role in helping clients find insurance solutions that meet their needs while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance and are passionate about building relationships, meeting goals, and growing within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities- Generate new business by developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective follow-up and engagement.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to address inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize solutions that empower clients and support agency objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and licensing requirements.
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales role is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas is advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in building rapport and relating to a diverse customer base.
