Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
As an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed), you will focus on developing leads, consulting with clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with customers to assess their insurance needs and explain available options.
- Recommend appropriate insurance products and services that align with client requirements, including property, casualty, life, and health coverage.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverage changes, claims, and billing.
- Support customers throughout the entire policy lifecycle, ensuring seamless policy changes, transfers, and claims support.
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and performance targets through effective sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain state licensing and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life & Health license (required).
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred, especially in property, casualty, and life/health lines.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to client needs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to relate to customers and build rapport quickly and effectively.
