Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) serves as the frontline representative of the agency, responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This position requires an active Property & Casualty insurance license and values experience in both sales and customer service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.

- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing responsive and personalized service.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims submissions.
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and quotas through consistent effort and effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and process documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Background in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial.
