Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify and assess individual insurance needs using a consultative sales approach
- Educate clients on a variety of insurance options, including Auto, Home, Life, and Health products
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Conduct coverage reviews and provide recommendations tailored to clients
- Collaborate with agency leadership to set and achieve sales and marketing targets

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance licenses if not already held
