Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through various channels
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and health policies
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and regular communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
