Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads through scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing relevant products and services
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed agency sales goals and performance standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life, Accident, and Health (L&H) insurance licenses required
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience in outside or inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or similar roles is beneficial
