Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all insurance clients
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Contact businesses and individuals to promote insurance products, services, and referral programs via phone and email
- Utilize client lists and lead generation strategies to grow sales revenue
- Educate clients on a variety of insurance policies, explaining coverage options to best suit their needs
