Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) is responsible for developing leads, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. The agent will utilize their active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to provide tailored insurance solutions, respond to client inquiries, and manage policy needs efficiently. This role is crucial in driving company growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of insurance products to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy changes in compliance with agency procedures.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas through consistent performance and proactive client engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Active Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
