Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) position involves actively engaging with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs, offer suitable policy options, and ensure exceptional service at every interaction. Working in our Fayetteville, NC office, you will contribute to the growth and success of our agency by developing new business and nurturing relationships with policyholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business leads through various methods, including networking and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to discuss insurance products and services that align with their needs.
- Assess individual and family insurance requirements, recommending appropriate policies and coverage options.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize solutions that foster customer confidence and loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- North Carolina Life & Health license preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with State Farm or Property & Casualty insurance sales is highly advantageous.
- Previous sales experience in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or related fields preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and meeting quotas preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills essential.
