Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads to expand the customer base
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to assess customer insurance needs
- Recommend and market suitable insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, including handling inquiries about policies, coverages, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and agency procedures
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields (such as retail sales, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals or quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
