Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach and effective marketing strategies
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations with prospective and current clients
- Assess customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Florida 4-40 and 2-15 insurance licenses required
- Florida 2-20 insurance license preferred
- Insurance sales experience preferred; property & casualty and life/health backgrounds are advantageous
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Demonstrated sales experience, including outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- Proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
