Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
As an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed), your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend optimal solutions. You will be instrumental in achieving the organization’s mission to deliver peace of mind, protect local communities, and provide exceptional insurance services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage insurance quotes for a variety of products, including auto, fire, life, and health insurance, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets such as 160 household quotes, 40 life quotes, and 40 health quotes per month.
- Participate actively in team prospecting strategies, leveraging diverse marketing sources to contact new leads and answer inbound inquiries.
- Follow up consistently with existing prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline to maximize conversion and retention rates.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer and teammate inquiries, escalations, and issues, aiming for resolution within established timeframes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in activity and production platforms, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Complete all follow-up and administrative tasks within required deadlines, supporting the underwriting process and sales cycle efficiency.
- Uphold all sales and compliance protocols rigorously and without shortcuts.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including coaching sessions and roleplay activities, to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by communicating effectively, sharing best practices, and providing mentorship or support to peers when appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Some prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain active Resident Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Willingness and eligibility to secure non-resident licenses in multiple states as needed.
