Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients to grow the agency’s customer base.
- Educate clients about available insurance options using a needs-based review process, helping them make informed decisions about coverage.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, conduct persuasive sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed established goals.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding policy changes, eligibility, coverages, billing, and claim submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Life & Health insurance license (preferred or ability to obtain).
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening capabilities.
