- Focus on developing leads, building client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions

- Develop leads by networking, referrals, and agency-provided resources
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to assess client needs
- Present and market appropriate insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Respond to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and quotas
