Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to introduce insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Assess and identify customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, claim processes, and billing questions.
- Follow up with customers consistently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with agency protocols.
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and performance quotas.
- Collaborate with agency staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer service and sales.
- Participate in required training and professional development activities to maintain insurance licensing and stay current with industry changes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required; Life & Health license preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales; experience in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month (9AM - 1PM).
- Ability to commute to the agency office in Fairlawn, OH on a daily basis.
