Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments and assess customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage options, eligibility, claims, and billing
- Process policy changes, transfers, and submissions efficiently
- Deliver friendly and professional service at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
