Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively develop leads and schedule customer appointments to discuss insurance options
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all stages of the client relationship
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims processing, and billing clarification
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance quotas

- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required
