Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up and support as required
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including policy inquiries, eligibility, coverage explanations, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing assistance
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience in life, health, auto, or fire insurance preferred
- Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers
- Must be able to commute to and work in the Olathe, KS agency office
