Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) is responsible for driving new business by developing leads, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services. You will establish and nurture customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate service, and ensure clients have a clear understanding of their insurance options. This position requires active licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance, along with strong sales acumen and communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life & Health insurance license.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
