Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify clients' insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services tailored to each customer
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, handling inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Follow up with clients as needed to address questions and resolve concerns
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales fields highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals or quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Capable of multitasking and efficiently managing time
- Ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of clients
- Must be able to complete all required licensing and training programs
