Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads through various channels to grow the agency’s client base
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments with prospective and existing clients
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with proactive follow-up and support
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to address inquiries about coverage, claims, policy changes, billing, and eligibility
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, transfers, and claim submissions
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas while adhering to agency policies and ethical standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain product knowledge and licensing requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales role (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to relate effectively to customers and build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Must be able to work in-office and commute to the agency location in Olathe, KS
