Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Drive sales efforts across all lines of insurance, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain insurance agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Implement effective marketing and lead-generation strategies to expand the agency’s client base and market presence
- Manage agency operations, including staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the insurance selection and claims processes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance sales or management
- Demonstrated success in sales and team leadership
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain required licenses

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
