Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a key member of a nationally ranked State Farm agent’s team, delivering high-quality insurance products to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound and inbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
- Approach all marketing channels with urgency to maximize new business opportunities as an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed).
- Develop and execute personalized growth strategies to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Sell and close policies across multiple insurance lines, maintaining ethical standards and consultative precision.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Resident Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
- Active Resident Life and Health license, or willingness to obtain as required.
- Ability to secure additional state licenses as needed.
