Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families seeking insurance coverage.
- Utilize your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to provide expert guidance on insurance products and services.
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by generating leads and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage prospective client leads through various channels, including outreach and networking.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Market a comprehensive range of insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing timely follow-up and support.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding policy options, coverages, changes, and claims.
- Assist clients with billing questions, claim submissions, and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life & Health license (required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Previous sales experience in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attentive listening abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills.
