Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads through networking, referrals, and effective prospecting strategies.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs for insurance coverage.
- Market and sell appropriate insurance products, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options, policy details, eligibility, claims, billing, and changes in coverage.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required or preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
