Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop sales leads, schedule appointments, and identify client insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing customers
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of agency products, services, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is desirable
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
