Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time role for a licensed professional focused on selling personal lines insurance products, including homeowners, auto, and property & casualty policies.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market and sell appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas while upholding the agency's standards for integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active insurance license in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health required.
- Prior insurance sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
