Responsibilities
- Proactively develop leads and schedule appointments with potential and existing customers in Hazelwood, MO, utilizing various sales techniques to build a robust client base.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to ensure comprehensive coverage tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, following up as necessary to address questions, concerns, and changes in their insurance needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license and Life & Health (L&H) license required for insurance sales in Hazelwood, MO.
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
