Jonathan Phillips - State Farm Agency is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our dedicated team in Smyrna, GA. As an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed), you will play a vital role in helping clients find insurance solutions that best meet their needs while supporting the continued growth of the agency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to support agency growth in Smyrna, GA.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, billing, and transfers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, services, and underwriting guidelines to effectively support clients and comply with company standards.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance quotas as set by the agency.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required or must be obtained before employment. Life & Health license preferred or must be obtained.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients in Smyrna, GA.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to relate to customers and understand their unique needs to offer appropriate insurance solutions.
