Insurance Sales Agent – Bilingual (Spanish/English) – P&C License Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs through value-based conversations and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients and follow up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including handling inquiries about policy coverage, availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients by explaining complex insurance concepts in both Spanish and English.
- Effectively document and track client interactions and progress in the agency management system.

Qualifications & Requirements
