Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify potential customers and determine their insurance needs.
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing attentive follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Work alongside the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Educate clients through needs-based reviews, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.
- Develop business acumen and skills necessary for agency operations.
- Prepare and present detailed business activity reports to the agent.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior sales experience in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Interest in marketing and selling insurance products based on customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
