Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage to protect their assets and loved ones.
- Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business leads, including networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for your insurance agency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including policy review, renewals, and claims support.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development sessions provided by the company to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership competencies by effectively engaging with colleagues and fostering a positive team environment.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license. (Support and study materials are available for candidates working toward licensure.)
