Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present detailed sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of insurance products.
- Close sales by building trust and demonstrating the benefits of various insurance solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention by following up with clients as necessary.
- Develop new and existing networking relationships to generate leads and expand your client base in Greenwood Village, CO and surrounding areas.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and insurance needs in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to personal and team success within a full-time role.

Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license, as required by Colorado state regulations.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, showcasing a proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the value that insurance and financial products provide in clients’ lives, with a desire to help others achieve peace of mind.
- Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in previous professional roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to generate new leads, open doors, and secure appointments, including initiating contact with potential clients from a cold start.
