Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Insurance sales experience preferred, including familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance products.
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain as required by state law).
- Active Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain as required by state law).
- Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals or quotas is beneficial.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and relate effectively to customers.
- Comprehensive base pay structure with commission and bonus opportunities.
