We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a representative of a State Farm independent contractor agent, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to clients, helping them protect what matters most. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs in order to market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and timely follow-up with clients as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas by effectively presenting insurance solutions that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize simple, effective solutions that instill confidence in clients and contribute to the agency’s success.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Life & Health license preferred.
- Previous insurance sales experience, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective relationship-building skills with customers.
