Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes, present options to clients, and close sales to meet set targets as an Insurance Sales Agent.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
- Build and nurture networking relationships to generate new business opportunities in Makawao, HI and surrounding areas.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving success each day.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients as an Insurance Sales Agent.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (training and guidance provided if not currently licensed).
- Must obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support available for qualified candidates).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred for the Insurance Sales Agent position, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is essential.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to generate new leads and set appointments independently, including through cold outreach.
