Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients using a needs-based review process to help them understand their insurance options.
- Generate insurance quotes, present products, and close sales effectively.
- Participate in ongoing networking to build new business relationships.
