Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients.
- Close sales and establish lasting client relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support via multiple communication channels.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (support provided if not currently licensed).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
