Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance leads, schedule client appointments, and identify individual customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services based on client profiles
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Support the agency’s mission by contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license strongly preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
